Credit / debit cards
Payment transactions with credit / debit cards are made through a secure payment gateway.
At the time of making payment, you access directly to the payment gateway of the entity. Neither we nor anyone else have access to this platform, so it is 100% secure. This payment system has no commission to the client.
Paypal is the safest and fastest online payment method.
When making payment, Paypal charges on the card or Paypal account the amount specified and send us instant confirmation of payment, the payment is made through Paypal’s website, not ours.
This service has no commission to the client.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
miriamflores.com guarantees that all products delivered to our customers have been 100% checked one by one in order to totally satisfy the quality expectations of our customers, so you can be sure that your product has been carefully checked by us before being delivered to you and that it is free from any fabric or workmanship defect.
We have also tried to be as realistic as possible with colours and prints of our products on the web, but please understand that the colour of garment can slightly change from what is shown on the web, as cotton fabric colours cannot be 100% matched on a screen.
If still you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason you can return it within 7 working days from receipt of order by contacting us.
Before you return, you must contact us by sending an email to email@example.com or through the “Contact Us” on our website, explaining the reason for return.
To Make a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (size, fit, colour…etc), we will be pleased to change it for other that suits you better; other colour, size or style, but you will be responsible for product return shipping charges.
To accept exchanges or returns, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, retaining the original labels.
Any item that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
If Your Order is Defective
If your order have been shipped wrongly, contains a different style, colour or size from purchased, we will replace it with no extra cost for you on returning and new delivery. Please contact us and explain us the difference form ordered to received by you.
If, even if all products are 100% checked one by one, you find some defect on the shipped garments, please contact us explaining clearly the problem found and if it is considered as a defective garment, we will surely replace it by other in good conditions of same style, colour and size. In that case, the return and new delivery cost will be our responsibility.
If you request a refund
If the order is defective for any of above reasons and you do not want a replacement but just refunding or your payment, we will credit back the value of your items purchased as soon as we receive your item and process your return.
